HSZ-C Chain Block 1 Ton 2 Ton 5 Ton 10 Ton Yellow Manual Chain Hoist

The HSZ-C manual chain block is available in 1, 2, 5 and 10 ton capacities, with a heat-treated alloy-steel load chain, dual-pawl braking and compact yellow housing for industrial lifting.

HSZ-C Industrial Manual Chain Block

The HSZ-C chain block provides manual vertical lifting for factories, warehouses, construction projects, equipment installation and maintenance. The operator pulls the hand chain to drive the internal gears, raise or lower the load chain and position the suspended load without electricity.

Models are offered in 1 ton, 2 ton, 5 ton and 10 ton capacities. Heat-treated chain and precision-machined gears provide strength and wear resistance, while the compact yellow body is easy to transport and install.

Key Features

  • 1 2 5 and 10 ton options: The range supports workshop and heavy industrial lifting.
  • Heat-treated alloy-steel chain: The load chain provides tensile strength and wear resistance.
  • Dual-pawl brake: The mechanical braking structure helps hold the load securely.
  • Labor-saving gear ratio: Optimized transmission reduces the hand force required for lifting.
  • Strong hooks: Upper and lower safety-latch hooks support secure attachment.
  • Compact protective body: The enclosure protects the transmission and supports portable use.

Typical Applications

HSZ-C chain blocks can lift machinery, molds, fabricated parts, maintenance components and construction materials. Common locations include workshops, warehouses, mines, ship-repair areas, assembly sites and outdoor jobs where electrical power is unavailable.

Selection and Ordering

Select a rated capacity above the maximum load and confirm the required lifting height, hand-chain length, headroom and suspension point. For 10 ton lifting, the structure, rigging and work plan must all be rated accordingly. Provide the capacity, lift, quantity, application and destination. Confirm dimensions, chain size, net weight, test requirements, packaging and lead time before ordering.

Operation and Safety

Install the chain block on a verified anchor. Before use, check the load chain, hand chain, hooks, latches and brake. Keep the load centered, pull the hand chain steadily and stop if operation becomes abnormal. Never overload the hoist, lift people or stand beneath a suspended load.
